We can supply high quality steel sheeting for domestic, industrial, commercial and agricultural roofing and side cladding.

 

There are four product offerings which all conform to CE EN 14782 requirements.The steel sheets are galvanised and coated to give excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection together with abrasion resistance and high strength.

The sheeting is available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm sheet thicknesses in either pvc plastisol, polyester paint, or plain galvanised coatings. The pvc coating gives a typical protection of between 15 to 25 years to first maintenance or repaint, with a life in excess of 40 years in normal environments, and a high resistance to scratching and damage.

 

The paint coating gives a typical protection of between 8 to 12 years to first maintenance or repaint with a life in excess of 20 years in normal environments, but only moderate resistance to scratching.

 

The pvc and paint sheet types are available in an extensive range of colours, where choice and aesthetic appeal can be matched to environmental and performance requirements.

The cladding is available in the following profiles, and colours (see below) :-

 

Profile 1 is :-

​

• the most popular and the  strongest profile for roofing and side cladding;

• it has a 34mm height profile with a 1000mm actual  width cover when lapped, and it can be cut to any length up to 8m;

• available in plastisol, polyester, and galvanised finish.

Profile 2 is :-

​

• also for roofing and side cladding but it is lighter than Profile1 with a 32mm height profile and a 1000mm actual width cover when lapped, and it can be cut to any length up to 6m;

• available in plastisol, polyester, and galvanised finish.

 

Profile 3 is :-

​

• a traditional corrugated iron profile for roofing and side cladding, it has a 18mm height profile with an actual width cover of 990mm when lapped, and it can be cut to any length up to 6m;

• available in plastisol, polyester, and galvanised finish.

Profile 4 is :-

​

• a classic pan tile form metal sheet for roofing that gives the appearance of clay tiles, it has a 41mm height profile and an actual width cover of 1000mm when lapped, and it can be cut to any length up to 5m;

• available in copper brown or graphite grey.

Plain flat metal sheets of 3000mm x 1250mm are also available, and we can also supply gutters, trims, flashings (standard lengths of 3m), sealants, and fixings.
